Here's a bike fashion blog and shoppe from an enthusiast who makes fashionable helmet covers and covers the scene of good looks on bikes. This photo is from the 1/2010 issue of Bazaar magazine.
I liked her report on converting a bike jersey into a minidress by sewing on extra length. Does that mean you need to buy 2 jersies to start? At any rate, you need more of the same fabric the jersey is made of.
