Have a weekly meet-up picnic somewhere near E. Lansing. Bring cool stuff to show'n'tell with activity before or after. Like a bike ride followed by picnic. Or overland croquet. Show up with vintage bike, car or motorcycle, say. Fancy attire. Smoking allowed. Poetry recitation. Mixology. If location is near water then folks could bring quirky boats.
