SE Michigan’s only XC ski race is coming up on Jan 15.
It’s the 15km Frosty Freestyle held at Huron Meadows Metropark in Brighton.
It’s mostly a skate race, but this year there will be a Classic division as well.
Last year was its first running and almost 200 showed up. What’ll happen this year?
Nice chili lunch afterward. XC is always a good winter party time!
The course is mellow. If you like the outdoors, just get your skis and show up! …Or rent a set if you don’t own em.
