Most items have their postage cost included in the listed price on the order button. So that's all you'll pay! It's not "free" shipping, but simply "one price pays all." (Non-US orders pay extra. Either use the extra button in the listing, or click the "Non-US Postage" button in lefthand menubar.)
OYB Customer Service / Shipping Policy: I ship at least once a week. I suppose that's slow for online biz, but it's probably fast for a biz that does a lot of custom made-to-order production. The media isn't custom but the luggage is and I end up shipping everything at once.
I try to promptly acknowledge all orders and inquiries. I'm pretty good at answering and giving special service for Special Needs questions.
Glitch Alert! I confess that occasionally we here at OYB suffer a Glitch and make a Mistake. If you don't get an email from me acknowledging your order within a couple days of making it (you'll probably get an auto-note from PayPal, but I mean one from me), maybe perk up. Then if, for any reason, you don't get your item in a couple weeks, tops, certainly make some noise my way! (I note that I also run an eBay OYB Store, also an Etsy Shop. As does my wife, Martha for her LazyGal Art & Sundries! PayPal notices can get buried in the flood of cross-over orders and spam. I do my best to keep it all sorted!)
