Silver Creek Ranch. Arts’n’Crafts period buildings. 400 acres. Maybe a mile of river running right through it. Just west of Tawas. Just across the road from the Corsair Trails.
The goal would be a new owner(s) who keep it available as a rentable retreat, who have a community vision. This place has been shared with a lot of ppl over the years.
To say it’s special is an understatement and the sale is hard on a lot of people, but I suppose this is how it goes with all such properties. …Owners move away, etc. In this case, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the only such property for sale in Michigan right now. I bet this kind of thing doesn’t come on the market very often. It came into their car-biz family when the boom-times of Detroit car sales was hitting a big up-ramp, the days of the big boss.
